By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book a service or use the site. These terms apply to all clients of Peace Oasis Spa.

All sessions are by appointment only and are offered at our Greenville, SC location. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM. Service descriptions, session lengths, and pricing are provided on our service pages and at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust offerings and pricing at any time.

Most services require a deposit to hold your appointment. Deposits vary by treatment and are applied toward your session. Final balances are due at the time of service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for qualifying bookings.

We understand plans change. To reschedule or cancel without losing your deposit, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit. Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their session so the next guest is not delayed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

Massage, skincare, and holistic services are not a substitute for medical care. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy before your session. We may decline or modify a service if it is not safe for you. Prenatal massage is available for expecting clients; please share any complications so we can confirm the right approach before booking.

We are committed to a calm, respectful environment for guests and staff. Harassing, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate end of a session and a refusal of future bookings without refund.

Peace Oasis Spa is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. Results from wellness and skincare services vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
